By using GoPerson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

GoPerson provides online self-assessment quizzes with AI-generated personality and psychology reports. These are for entertainment and self-discovery purposes only.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Report access costs $1.99 USD (one-time payment per report).
• Payments are processed through Airwallex.
• As digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law.

4. Account

An account is automatically created when you provide your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All assessment content, report templates, and AI-generated reports are the property of GoPerson. You may download and use your personal reports for private use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoPerson provides assessments “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions made based on assessment results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
